Let me explain.We will use a device inside the fighter pilot's helmet, which will read the brain activity and pre-activate the controls. When the fighter pilot sees something, perhaps a target of opportunity it will see a pulse shoot from inside his brain, at that point and alleviating all the brain to body reaction time issues, the plane will have already responded.

Based on his line of vision at the time (what he is looking at) plus his level of anxiety or excitement it will activate the weapons systems, thrust control, "G" suit and directional thrust nozzles for rapid and evasive or tactical maneuvers.The system will work on a non aggressive low frequency or ultra sound reading.
